We are an active and well recognized group within the Catholic Communities of St. Charles Borromeo (St. Charles), Holy Redeemer (Eyota) and St. Aloysius (Elba) as well as the communities the three churches serve in Southeastern MN.
Court Meetings are the Second Thursday of the Month–August through November, then switching to the second Saturday of the Month-December through March (to accommodate better driving conditions and membership,) then returning to the second Thursday-April through May/June. The purpose of the organization is to participate in the religious, charitable and educational Apostolates of the Church. Catholic daughters of the Americas engages in creative and spiritual programs which provide its members with the opportunity to develop their God-given talents in a meaningful way to positively influence the welfare of the church and all peoples throughout the world.

WHEREAS, Pope Francis has called an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops, at the Vatican October 2014; and
WHEREAS, the theme is “The Pastoral Challenges of the Family in the Context of Evangelization;” and
WHEREAS, the People of God, lay, clerical, and consecrated have participated in the preparation for the meeting through practical suggestions and the support of prayer; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that all Catholic Daughters of the Americas join in prayer for the success of the synod and that Pope Francis may serve the People of God in truth and in love.
